On open box delivery: this isn't something we currently offer — deliveries are through courier partners who don't support open-box checking or on-the-spot returns/exchanges. If anything led you to believe otherwise, that's on us for not communicating it clearly, and I apologize for that. We do have a proper return/exchange policy for after delivery, so if the boots don't work out for you, we'll take care of it — just let us know.

On the grip socks: that shouldn't have happened. Let me check with our team right now and get those shipped out to you separately, no extra cost.

Regarding delivery - the issue which you faced was custom clearance and custom duties. So we are here to inform you that every country have different tax rules and importing rules. Since 99% of our customers don’t have to pay any kind of custom duty on these. If you have to pay any duties on your item it was your country rule ( SOUTH AFRICA ) brother. Also delay was made in delivery due to your country Customs procedure. All we wanted was to make things clear between us.
